I had no idea what to expect-I guess I thought I will be getting something akin to uncut bacon. Improper! Much tastier, a beautiful combine of the best pork taste Using the flexibility of bacon. I combined a 5 spice Mix and roasted it-tasted just like my favorite pork in pork fried rice. Delicious!
